Questions

Do I need my own AI agent?

No. Overblast's agent comes with the plan. You teach it what to say and turn it on per channel. If you already have an agent, connect it through the API or the skill instead.

Which channels can I connect?

X / Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit and Google Business, plus email, a phone line and website chat. The plan includes 1 social account of your choice, and you can add more.

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?

It says so, and hands the conversation to your team with a summary. You choose which replies wait for approval.

How does the free trial work?

Each interval has its own trial: 3 days on weekly, 7 on monthly and 7 on yearly. A card is required, and the trial becomes the paid plan unless you cancel before it ends. One trial per account.

What are AI credits?

The agent's replies, calls and the media you make in 00 use AI credits. The plan includes €10 every month. Monthly credits expire at the end of each period; credits you buy don't.

Can I put a website on my own domain?

Yes. Publish on a free address first, then add your domain: we check the DNS and issue the certificate.

Who runs Overblast?

Yumankind OÜ, a company in Tallinn, Estonia. The privacy policy and the data processing agreement say how your data is handled.
