Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service (section 4) and applies to everything Yumankind OÜ runs as Overblast: the Overblast and 0-0 apps, the console, the AI agents you set up, the channels they use, the content you share for review (including previews served from usercontent.me) and any site you publish through us.

1. What you may not do

You may not use the Service, or let your agents use it, to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• send spam, run unsolicited bulk messages, emails or calls, or break anti-spam, telemarketing or consent rules;
• host or share phishing pages, pages that collect passwords or payment details under false pretences, malware, or links meant to spread either;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead people about who they are dealing with, including hiding that they are talking to an AI where the law or the platform requires you to say so;
• harass, threaten, defraud or harm others, share content that sexualises minors, or incite violence or hatred;
• infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights, or collect or process personal data unlawfully;
• break the terms, automation or bot policies of any platform you connect (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack or email providers);
• get unauthorised access to the Service or anyone's systems, probe or overload them, or get around limits, access controls, security or billing;
• use models we make available for any use their providers prohibit.

2. Content you share or publish

When you share a file, folder or page for review, or publish a site, you are responsible for it and for having the right to share it. A link you create can be opened by whoever you give it to, so share only what you mean to. Shared previews are served from their own subdomain of usercontent.me, only through links you create, and are kept out of search engines. We do not publish anything there ourselves.

3. Your agents, your responsibility

You are responsible for what your agents do with the tools and access you give them. Review what they do on your behalf, keep a person involved in anything sensitive, and turn off capabilities you do not need.

4. Reporting abuse

If you find content on Overblast, on usercontent.me or on a site we host that breaks this policy, email support@yumankind.com with the full address of the page and what is wrong with it. We read every report, and we act on reports of phishing and malware first.

5. What we do

We may remove or disable content, revoke share links, pause agents or channels, or suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix things; for phishing, malware or other urgent harm we act first. Third-party platforms may also suspend accounts that break their rules.
