Delete your account

One Overblast account signs you in to the Overblast app, the 0-0 app and the Overblast console. Deleting it deletes it everywhere.

Delete your account yourself

In the Overblast or 0-0 app, go to Settings → Delete account. Or, on the web:

• Sign in at console.overblast.app/account with the account you want to delete.
• At the bottom of the page, choose Delete account.
• Read what will be deleted, then confirm. It happens straight away.

Can't sign in?

Email support@yumankind.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Overblast account". We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and your login.
• Every workspace you own, with all of its conversations, contacts, tasks, connected accounts, phone numbers, email addresses and files.
• Your membership of workspaces you belong to but don't own. Those workspaces stay with their owners.
• Subscriptions and add-ons billed through our website (Stripe) are cancelled.
• Unused AI credits. They can't be refunded or moved to another account.

There is no grace period and no undo.

What is kept

Records of payments (invoices, receipts and refunds) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years. They are not linked to an account any more and are used only for accounting, refunds and disputes.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

We can't cancel a subscription you bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it yourself before you delete your account, or it keeps charging you:

• iPhone or iPad: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
• Android: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Delete some data, keep the account

To delete one workspace and everything in it, open it in the console and delete it from its settings. To remove a connected account or a file, delete it where you see it in the app or the console.
